How to / How Do I Reset or Remove the Default Webmail Application on cPanel

To remove a default application requires slightly more effort than setting one, but is still very simple :)

To remove the current webmail default setting ...
* Access your hosting account by FTP to your home directory [/home/(username)]
* Navigate into the hidden ".cpanel" directory
* Navigate into the "nvdata" directory

There you will see some config settings files which relate to the email addresses you host with us.
One will be named "your.email\@yourdomain.ext_default_webmail_app"
Simply delete that file then logout
Next time you access the webmail link(s) there will be no default option selected
