Server and Network Status Blog

Network and Server Status Here are a few reason your may not be able to view your web site:
  • First check our server status ( visit status.astutium.com )
  • See if your Domain name has expired ( Check with your Registrar )
  • You have not yet changed your name servers. ( Check the details in the Welcome Email )
  • Try restarting your computer ( and Router / Modem / Firewall )
  • Your ISP is having a problem ( test at downforeveryoneorjustme.com )
  • Too many incorrect logins ( Open a Support Ticket to resolve )

Helpdesk Not found your answer in the Knowledgebase, FAQ, Tutorials or Status Blog ?
  • Open a ticket and one of our staff will get back to you
  • Please pick the correct department for the question you have
  • Do not bump your ticket by asking for an update, it puts you back at the end of the queue


Note: We do not have access to account passwords for security reasons you can find or reset these via your control panel.
You can access your control panel after you login under the My Services section.

While we are happy to hear from you by telephone we would prefer all requests in writing through our ticket system (some departments are only available once logged in to the Client Portal) - so we are all able to track the progress and adhere to our quality processes. Your ticket will immediately be acknowledged and we will do everything we can to speedily respond to your issue, aiming to give a reply within 1 working day, usually much quicker - you can see the average response time for each type of query on the table above.
