For a standard shared hosting migration please have a full cpanel backup ready for download.
You should upload it to your new astutium cloud hosting account ready and let us know the filename and username in a ticket
The current astutium cloud hosting account should have no data in it, as the restore of a backup will overwrite any data.
The username on the account may change during the restore - we'll advise you if there are any changes to the hosting details
