How do I empty a mailbox using webmail (hSphere)?
To remove all mails from a mailbox (hSphere control panel only).
1) Log into webmail at http://webmail.secure-web-sites.com/
2) Click "Settings"
3) Click the dropdown "Number of messages to Display" select 200
4) Click "Save Settings" on the left hand menu
5) Click "Read Mail" from the top menu
6) Select all messages (Click the top message, then hold shift down whilst clicking the bottom message)
7) Left click on the selected messages and then start to drag to the left - you will then see a "Erase" icon appear - drop the messages over this icon.
8) Repeat above steps until all messages have been removed.
9) You can click "Settings" and change "Number of messages to Display" back to a lower number if required.
