How do I configure SRV records using the DNS Manager (for Lync etc)?
Lync normally requires two SRV records which need to be configured via the DNS Manager, once logged in create the records as follows.
Service "_sip", Protocol "_tls", Port 443, Weight 1, Priority 100 and Target sipdir.online.lync.com
Label: _sip._tls
TTL: 3600
RR Type: SRV
Priority: 100
Record Data:1 443 sipdir.online.lync.com
Service "_sipfederationtls", Protocol "_tcp", Port 5061, Weight 1, Priority 100 and Target sipfed.online.lync.com
Label: _sipfederationtls._tcp
TTL: 3600
RR Type: SRV
Priority: 100
Record Data:1 5061 sipfed.online.lync.com
