I have forgotten my Worldpay password

If you have lost your Worldpay Password and need to update your card details.

Go to the admin login page at:
Click on the 'Forgot your password? Click here' link. This link will take you to a page that invites you to input

* the FuturePay ID (this will be on your payment acknowledgement e-mails from WorldPay)
* the email address that you provided when you set up the agreement.

When you have done this, click the 'Send Shopper Password' button. Your new login details will then be sent to the email address you provided. Once you have these details, please login as usual by inputting your username and password and clicking 'login'.
