Login details not accepted when using Internet Explorer 10 (DNP).




If you have reset your login details to the DotNetPanel control panel but you are still unable to login using Internet Explorer 10 this is normally due to Compatibility Mode needing to be turned on in Internet Explorer.

To turn on Compatibility Mode simply click on the Compatibility Mode icon in Internet Explorer (the "broken page" icon located on the address bar).

Once this is turned on you should be able to login using your credentials as normal.
