Minecraft message Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?

If your CPU usage is at 100% and is showing[Server] WARNING Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?" in the console.

Make sure that not only are you only using plugins you need, but that all plugins are up to date and configured correctly.

 

Broken/outdated plugins should be removed.
