Renewal of .space Domains
dotSPACE domains must be renewed with the current registrar prior to expiry date.
Allowing a .space Domain Name to reach expiry date will involve downtime and additional 'recovery' costs
.space domains can be renewed at any time before expiry.
.space domains may be renewable for 30 days after expiry (grace period) however this involves additional work and additional costs
.space domains may be kept after grace by the registrar or registry and sold at auction, used for advertising, or for any other purpose.
A .space domain that has expired may never be deleted / released / become available again
Transfer of .space Domains
A dotSPACE domain can be transferred between .SPACE Accredited Registrars from 60 days after registration upto 30 days before expiry.
Transfers do have a cost and automatically renew the domain for another year
