30. How to login to Plesk as a Mail User

Before you can login to Plesk, you must first open an internet browser window, and go to https://<IPaddress>:8443 (which we've already done)

The IP address you use is the one provided to you by your web hosting provider

Whether you're logging as a domain user or a mail user, you always start from this same login screen

1) To login as a Mail User, enter your email address as your login username

2) Then enter your email password here

3) Then click Login

That's it! You're now logged in to Plesk as a mail user, and can begin to manage your email account by setting up the redirects, groups, autoresponders, etc.

Having a separate way for mail users to login to Plesk without giving them full access to other Plesk functions, allows them to manage their own email accounts

4) To logout of Plesk, click the Log out link here

5) Click OK
