18. How to find a user's account in H-Sphere

This tutorial assumes that you've already logged into your Reseller Admin section

Now let's learn how to perform search in your H-Sphere reseller account which is helpful for identifying a user in the system

You can search users and accounts by different criteria, let's have a look at them

1) Scroll over Search

2) Click Generic

Scroll down

In most cases generic search is the most useful option to find a necessary user or account

You may use different search criteria here

Let's have a closer look at the most useful search options

There is a Search by Domain Name here where you may find a user by a full domain name or a string

You may find a user by Contact Info, a useful E-mail option is listed here as well

It is possible to identify a user among the suspended accounts here

It is also possible to find a user by current balance

3) Scroll over Reports

4) Click Billing Balances

Scroll down

You may choose different criteria here as well...for example to search the users who owe you more than $15 select Debt and enter 15 in Value field

5) Then click Submit

We do not have such accounts at the moment but you may see what information you can get when performing such search
